Description
ENVACOL 206 is polymer emulsion that provides excellent binding performance on its special application for Coal Dust Control. ENVACOL 206 is green product because of free from APEO (AlkylphenolEthoxylate), Formaldehyde, Ammonia, Phthalates and Heavy Metals.
Application – ENVACOL 206 is easy to apply (easy to dilute), sustainable and durable, does not wash away with rain if applied with sufficient drying time and is non-corrosive material. Each location requires a unique dilution based on coal handling method, coal type, size distribution and weather conditions.
Recommended initial dilution ratio (with water) for solution preparation is 1:40.
Solution application ratio is 1 liter for up to 10 MT coal.
Training and experience are necessary prior getting successful application. Site and project review are important to do application optimization. Common application method is using nozzle spray manifold attached on coal conveyor system. Conveyor’s load capacity ratio will determine number of nozzle, spray capacity and pump capacity.

Enviromental – All ingredients of ENVACOL 206 have been assessed as biodegradable. The rate of degradation will be accelerated in moist soil conditions and those with high organic content. Acute toxicity of the primary degradation is accordingly very low, please refer to the MSDS.
Packaging – ENVACOL 206 is optionally packaged in recyclable 200 liter plastic drum, 1000 liter IBC or Tank containers.
