ENVACOL 100 – is copolymer emulsion that provides long lasting binding performance on its application for dust control / dust Suppressant and stock pile protection.

ENVACOL 100 – i s green product because of free from APEO (AlkylphenolEthoxylate), Formaldehyde, Ammonia, Phthalates and Heavy Metals.

ENVACOL 100 – i s easy to apply (easy to dilute), sustainable and durable, do not wash away with rain and non-corrosive material.

Dust Suppressant application:

Each location requires a unique dilution based on coal handling, coal type, size distribution and weather conditions. Training and experience are necessary prior to a successful application. Site and project review is important to optimize application. Dilution Rate (with water) is 1:100-200 for 15-30 MT coal. Common application method is using nozzle spray manifold attached on coal conveyor system. Loading capacity determines number of nozzle, spray capacity and pump capacity.

Pile Sealing application:

Solution preparation (dilution with water) is up to 1:15, solution applied to 0.5 liter/m2 area. Application method is using nozzle spray direct to stockpile.

All ingredients of ENVACOL 100 have been assessed as biodegradable. The rate of degradation will be accelerated in moist soil conditions and those with high organic content. Acute toxicity of the primary degradation is accordingly very low, please refer to the MSDS.

ENVACOL 100 is optionally packaged in recyclable 200 liter plastic drum, 1000 liter IBC or Tank containers.

ENVACOL 100 is considered non/low irritating to eye and skin, however the usual precautions for handling chemicals should be observed. Avoid contact with eye and skin by wearing goggles and gloves.
