MIAC RD series

MIAC RD 112 is a blend of strong cationic polymer and surfactant, specially developed for separation of solid particle/liquid emulsion in the disposal water used for Reverse Demulsifier or De-oiler. This product is very effective to separate oil in water emulsion.
MIAC RD 112 will produced high and thick foam to float the oil in water emulsion to the surface in the air-floating unit.
Application – MIAC RD 112 is recommended for continuous injection at rate of 2 – 15 ppm or depending reverse emulsion in the water disposal. To ensure good mixing and rapid action and injection point should be selected in upstream of air flotation unit and settling tanks.

Packaging– MIAC RD 112 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum.
Handling and Storage– The usual precautions for handling chemicals should be observed. Keep away from heat. Keep away from sources of ignition. Ground all equipment containing material. Do not ingest. Do not breathe gas/fumes/ vapour/spray. If ingested, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or the label. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents.Keep container tightly closed.
