Description
NUGASPERSE PA – is Low Molecular Weightdispersing agent that is mainly used to disperse Inorganic Fillers (Calcium Carbonate, Aluminium Hydroxide, Silica, etc) and Pigments (Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, etc) in aqueous media.
NUGASPERSE PA is odorless and colorless dispersant to prepare stable and low viscosity slurry or mill based. Due to its low molecular weight it shows excellent compatibility with mostly polymer emulsions/dispersions, high filler loading or coverage, less dosage compare to traditional acrylics dispersant and produce nearly zero ash content when used in high temperature processing (ceramic, carpet backing).
Due to Its low molecular weight and unique sequence of monomer arrangement it produces stable inorganic slurries so that its suitable for longer slurry storage time and no require agitation or circulation in storage tank.
