AFP EB1 – is a water based nonionic surfactant as a perfect combination of surfactants as a chemical process additive that reduce process time and costs savings. Also acts as an antifoam and or deaerator that suppress foam volume during the reaction between Phosphorus Rock and Sulphur acid.
AFP HB1 – is an oil based nonionic surfactant as a perfect combination of antifoam and deaerator act as a process additive that allows time and costs savings.
Reaction between Phosphorus Rock and Sulphur acid:
Ca(PO4)2 + 3 H2SO4 + H2O ↔ 3 CaSO4. 2 H20 + 2 H3PO4
